Client Testimonials

I had one session to help conquer my fear of public speaking. Thanks to Sara's magic, I was able to deliver a "nerve-free" speech at my best friend's wedding. Thank you, Sara!

I'm enjoying [my freedom from smoking] very much and am quite amazed at how well the whole process has worked. I'm still smoke-free and it gets easier every day. I also take a lot of those 'deep' breaths! The time that I spent with you was well spent. I'm very happy with the results! Thank you again.

I really do enjoy your downloads. Since starting with the Lighter & Lighter and moving through to Natural Healing, I have gone from 32" inch waist to a 28." It works out as around 14lbs lost so far. Funny you should say I'm amazing, since pretty much every day I told [my husband] that you are a genius :) Working with you and using your recorded downloads has truly been fantastic.

I feel blessed to have found Sara because she has all the tools to assist me in achieving the success I want, and to feel supported along the way.

"Quitting Smoking"—ah, yes. The dreaded "Q". I would hide or at least look the other way whenever it was mentioned. I thought I would NEVER voluntarily quit. I had been a devout practitioner of Smoking for over forty years. I was much more than a simple addict. I loved it. I lived for it. My first thought when I woke up in the morning. Then one day my aunt, who was over 70 years of age quit. I suddenly felt just a bit ashamed of my religion, just a little bit. Gradually a tiny voice began to call to me, suggesting I give Quitting a try—if for no other reason, than the sheer freedom of the habit.
My aunt gave me Sara's number. We made initial telephone contact and I was not necessarily convinced I would succeed. I was afraid. Turns out I was so very wrong! Day one: Exhilarating! This is an adventure! Day two: More of the Same! I feel like someone new! Day three: I am totally unafraid! What a thrill! And so forth. Cravings? Mild—completely manageable. Never in a million years would I have thought giving up the cigarettes would be so easy, but more than that, it actually was kind of fun. It was a sort of game. I felt like I was gaining a new identity. I was never overly anxious. But I did feel tremendous freedom. Unburdened. Excited.
It is now eight months later. Not only have I not smoked a single cigarette in this time, but I have not been seriously tempted to. It does not bother me to be around smokers at all. I simply feel that it has nothing to do with me. I am stronger, cleaner, healthier, and more joyful than ever in my life. All of the time, energy and money I have spent on cigarettes I am now using in unexpected, creative and highly fulfilling ways! I discovered drawing, painting, and a more intense level of athletic activity I would not have been able to achieve while smoking. I am thrilled at the certainty in my mind that since I could quit smoking, I can do virtually anything. I have gained new insight into myself and have thoroughly enjoyed the process of Sara's work. Did I mention I am 60 years of age? I would highly recommend Sara to anyone for anything. You'll be amazed at what you gain.

Sara has restored my self-confidence as a writer. In just a few short sessions, she's taught me to how to give my writing the priority it deserves; how to shed bad habits and adopt productive new routines; and how to approach writing with joy and ease. She is very wise and very kind.

Sara is amazing. After being stuck in a rut for longer than I care to dwell on, my book is now getting fatter as I grow thinner. And none of that "no pain, no gain, you-have-to-suffer-for-it-to-work" stuff either. Sara is all about attaining your goals with ease. I can't thank her enough.

I had a breakthrough today. I played your cd-rom for the first time and after going through the meditation exercise, when I opened my eyes again, they were filled with tears. About accepting my self. And my gifts of creativity. Thanks for this gift of your talents... helping me to jumpstart mine.

After listening to a downloaded session to treat intense anxiety due to illness in her family and work overload, Leslie White (Vermont) wrote:

Way cool. Thank you so much. I was feeling so overwhelmed again, [but] I don't feel like I am going to shatter into a million pieces right now. You are awesome.

Following her second session to treat writer's block Carolyn Wolinski (San Diego) wrote:

Things are going swimmingly! I've been writing like a fool since my appointment Sunday. Thank you thank you thank you. I'm sure I'll be back!

After her first session to treat overeating and her struggle to resist the candy/snack machine in the work lunchroom, Michele Elliott (Ohio) wrote:

Sara,

The vending machine is no longer attractive at all. That has been the most noticeable change. [And] I don't eat as mindlessly... Thanks so much for helping me to become a happier, relaxed person.

Cynthia Harrison (Michigan) wrote after a session to increase her exercise and weight loss motivation and to reduce her desire for wine, chips, and sweets:

Your recording is fabulous. After I listen to it, I feel like I can do anything.

Four months later, Cynthia wrote:

I have to tell you that the hypnosis recording is still working. What I am most happy about is how my eating habits have permanently changed. I had a little slip up when I broke my toe and thought I'd go back and listen to the tape again, like a refresher. After the initial binge, I threw away the rest of the bag of chips and my husband took the chocolate to work. And that was that. I realize that sugar and junk food makes me feel like crap—I even realized sugar contributes to migraines. So I just have no desire to eat that stuff. And I don't want to overeat, either. I am being so sensible—it's not like me at all ;-) And it's because of the audio download. I know it is, because I've tried giving up sugar and chips a million times before. But this time, it really has worked. So thanks again for that.
